Productivity resources

Using Knowledge Master graphical interface, very intuitive and specially oriented to user/map interaction, augments productivity and enables even occasional users to rapidly master the tools.

Knowledge Master interface and on line help are available in different languages, that can directly be switched.

Use ready made mind tools templates, and create new templates.
 

Create the map from structured text.

 

Import the map from an XTM or XML file.

 

Import the map from an Inspiration™ document transfer file

 

Create the map interactively from an external digital text, with statistical, vocal and control support.

 

Visually impaired people or people with some specific learning disabilities may profit from the active voice support functions in several languages already included in Knowledge Master, and the enlargement of the map symbols and the map itself.

Tutorial functions

 Tutorial functions, as automatic self-assessment questioning enables student interaction with the map knowledge. Ask the map, and the map answers.

The cognitive use of artificial voice facilitates a better perception of contents and eases understanding and the integration of contents. An important resource in human/machine communication and and a must use in case of learning disabilities or impairments, for who learns in some other way, like dyslexics.

 Export the map to an XML or XTM (topic maps) file.

Export the map to a text file in outline mode, including annotations, in RTF, Word formats or plain text.

Print the map with several print scale options.


Export the map as an "Internet site active map", in HTML format. The map, with all its attributes and associated documents can be exported and accessed in an Internet site or in an intranet.

Assign an image (even an animated GIF) from the program image library or the user's to a concept or instance, to "represent" it directly in the map, besides other multimedia associated documents, without loosing any other property. Users can also create their own catalogs.
